After gaining extensive experience with Malaysia's Ministry of Health, she shifted her focus to a proactive approach using nutrition, movement, and stress architecture to treat the root causes of ageing.

Passionate about health at the cellular level, Dr. Beatrice integrates treatments like Hyperbaric Oxygen and Red Light Therapy to support mitochondrial function, recovery, and mental clarity. Her approach is grounded in empathy; having successfully navigated the high-pressure demands of the medical field herself, she understands the necessity of building deep resilience.

Dr. Iman combines over a decade of clinical experience with a deep scientific foundation. Holding a double major in Biomedical Science and Molecular Biology and certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), she specialises in the complex interplay of hormonal health, gut recovery, and autoimmune conditions.

Her focus is prevention and restoration: identifying underlying biological imbalances and guiding patients through targeted lifestyle and therapeutic interventions. Through nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, stress optimisation, and evidence-based supplementation, she helps patients reduce symptoms and improve resilience.

Known for her thorough assessments and warm, patient-centred style, Dr. Iman empowers individuals to take an active role in their wellbeing with one clear goal: to feel better, age stronger, and thrive for longer.

Melissa operates at the intersection of sound, neuroscience, and embodied regulation. With over two decades of experience across the music and wellbeing industries in Europe and Asia, she brings a distinct integration of artistic expertise and nervous system science to her work.

An award-winning singer-songwriter and recording artist, Melissa is also a Certified Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Educator, and Sound Practitioner. She is the creator of Intuitive Music Programming (IMP), a structured modality that applies intentionally curated sound to support emotional regulation, facilitate belief pattern release, and recalibrate the nervous system.

Drawing on principles from Yogic philosophy, Mayan Curandero lineage training, and the therapeutic use of instruments such as the symphonic gong, solfeggio-tuned crystal bowls, and voice, her sessions are designed to shift clients out of chronic stress states and into regulated, adaptive function.

Her approach is grounded in a clear objective: to restore emotional stability, enhance cognitive clarity, and re-establish a sustained connection to the body's intrinsic regulatory capacity.

Jacqie's philosophy is shaped by over two decades of experience and her own commitment to self-agency following a pivotal medical diagnosis. She specialises in guiding women through life's transitions, including metabolic shifts and hormonal changes, with confidence and capability.

Natalya Firdaus is an Energy Medicine and Sound Healing practitioner recognised for her refined, nervous system-informed approach to emotional regulation. She specialises in supporting clients through overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout—guiding them from a state of energetic depletion back to clarity, calm, and presence.

A Certified Reiki Master and Trauma-Informed Nervous System Care Practitioner, Natalya brings grounded expertise to each session. Her signature treatments include ROOT Energy Healing, which identifies and releases stored tension and emotional imprints, and HEAL Sound Therapy, an immersive experience using ancient healing instruments to recalibrate the body, settle the mind, and restore internal harmony.

Nigel Ng is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), known for his precise approach to movement optimisation, injury rehabilitation, and strength development. With over seven years of experience, he integrates biomechanics with structured training to restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall performance.

Specialising in functional movement, body recomposition, and rehabilitation-focused training, his work targets underlying movement dysfunctions while building sustainable strength. A powerlifting enthusiast with additional experience in Muay Thai and kickboxing, Nigel takes a balanced approach to conditioning—combining strength, mobility, and resilience.

His philosophy is clear: effective training depends on precision—how well the body moves, adapts, and performs over time.
